Aeroflow is a liquid soil conditioner that relieves compaction and improves nutrient absorption. It aerates your lawn without heavy machinery - simply hook it up to your hose and spray. When your soil is compacted because of heavy foot traffic, mowing, etc., it can deter from the roots taking up nutrients. Aeroflow helps break up this compaction and allows roots to breathe, grow deeper, and access water and nutrients more effectively.
Aeroflow is all natural and easy to use - perfect for application in the spring or fall.
When to Apply:
Apply Aeroflow in the spring or fall when soil is moist and temperatures are mild. Aeroflow can be used mid-season if your soil feels compacted or water isn’t soaking in. For best results, avoid applying before heavy rain.
How to Apply:
-
Shake the bottle well and then remove the cap.
-
Insert the spray top, straw side down into the bottle.
-
Attach the bottle to your hose on the other end of the sprayer top. Turn the hose on and the plastic dial to “on.”
-
Spray lawn in a side-to-side pattern.
-
Repeat every 1-3 months during times of the year when grass is growing and needs to be mowed regularly.
-
Water in thoroughly after using with irrigation or rainfall.
Tips:
-
Consider using Aeroflow prior to overseeding to ensure that seedlings have the best chance of taking root.

FAQs:
What is Aeroflow? How does Aerflow work?
Aeroflow is a soil-penetrating formula that helps break up compacted soils and improve the flow of air, water, and nutrients into the root zone. It is especially helpful in heavy clay soils or high-traffic areas. Aeroflow allows you to skip the heavy machinery and hand aerators for a simple, hose-applied formula that takes 10 to 20 minutes.
Aeroflow contains:
-
Humic acid, which enhances nutrient uptake and supports beneficial microbial activity.
-
Yucca extract, a natural wetting agent that reduces surface tension and improves water movement through soil.
-
Ammonium lauryl sulfate, a gentle surfactant that helps break up dense, compacted soil layers without damaging turf.
How do I know if I need to aerate?
There are several main ways to tell if your lawn can benefit from aeration:
-
Your grass feels spongy or doesn’t spring back when you walk on, or water pools or runs off when soaking in.
-
Dig a small section and notice the roots. Are they less than 2-3 inches deep? Time to aerate.
-
If your lawn receives heavy use (kids, pets, parties), it’s likely compacted. Got a lot of soccer and wiffle ball happening in the backyard? Aerate regularly.
-
If your grass is struggling - thin, patchy or yellowing, despite watering and fertilizing - it can signal that nutrients are not able to get to the roots.
-
If it’s been more than 2-3 years since you last aerated, it’s probably time to do it again.
Why is aeration important?
Aeration improves soil structure, which leads to better root development, healthier grass, and a lawn that responds better to treatments, seeding and fertilizer applications.
How much does a bottle of Aeroflow cover?
Each bottle covers about 2,500 square feet - about the size of a tennis court. For reference, a 5,500 square foot lawn is about the size of a basketball court. This measurement does not include your house or landscaping features - just determine your lawn size by the amount of turf you are treating.
